At Ozpack, we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure our customers' orders are completed fully and efficiently. Shipping services for Ozpack customers are provided by Canada Post within Canadian borders and territories. For orders from the United States, shipments will be handled by the business partners of Canada Post. All orders are delivered with the standard (air) parcel services. Shipping rates are flat and determined based on the state, province or country that the order is being shipped to. Please note that it takes 1-3 business days to process your order, depending on the order volume. Ozpack is not responsible for any delays in the shipment due to harsh weather conditions and extended processing at customs. We do not accept liability for any losses or damages incurred during the shipment process.
Orders from Canada are estimated to arrive approximately 5 to 8 business days after shipping from the warehouse. Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.
Orders from the United States are shipped from our Canadian warehouse and are estimated to arrive within 8 to 10 business days.
International orders can take up to 15 business days to arrive after the date of shipment and additional rates may apply. Arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions can influence shipping times.
Please note that we are unable to provide a tracking number for orders made from outside Canada.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time constraints in which we are able to make adjustments. If it is too late for our team to cancel/modify your order and the package is shipped, you will need to return your order to us once you’ve received it.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. We do our best to accelerate the processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time span to correct/change the address of your order and we cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is lost due to the wrong shipping address, it is the buyer's responsibility to claim the package at the wrong shipping address or from the courier company.
