The Limited Warranty only applies to physical goods purchased from ozpack.com.
What does this limited warranty cover?
The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material, workmanship or construction under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, Ozpack will repair or replace products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, at no charge.
What does the limited warranty not cover?
The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to misusage, accidents, stains or wear and tear.
What will we do to correct problems?
Ozpack will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or we will replace your product with a new product if new or refurbished replacement parts are not available for repair.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for products purchased from ozpack.com is 60 days from the date of purchase.
The replacement or refurbishment of a product renews the Limited Warranty and covers 60 days from the date of shipment of the replacement or repaired product.
How to make a warranty claim?
To have your Ozpack repaired or replaced, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report your warranty claim. We will make it our priority to get back to you with the most appropriate solution. A valid proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the malfunctioning product.
